This is not only a challenge for us but also for the artisans who are under enormous time pressure. Exactly one week before Christmas this project, What now determined since the end of August this year the day was over. Little things in the basement, as well as our new canteen staff will still have to wait a little bit up. We are all naturally curious to see whether the new devices work, water and electricity connections. Also, the new procedures resulting from the separate oven block, find their routine. This is for chefs and service team a challenge. A highlight is the newly formed Chef's Table Room. Here in the future six to twelve people our chef Boris Benecke look over their shoulder. And 16 January 2011 we celebrate the opening with a befitting Kitchen Opening Party! Who participated in our kitchen party in August knows what looked like the old kitchen and can review the changes.
